We're playing with Libguides demo and looks like going ahead with it. I'm totally in love with it so far.

You can e-mail them for a free demo account, and once you have one you can set up accounts for your colleagues. They have replied to all my mail within minutes so far and have had great answers to all my questions and suggestions. (Like "We don't have that feature yet, but it's a great idea and is now on our development schedule.")

We asked them about Dublin Core metadata so we could auto-catalog our Libguides, and it was implemented a week later.

I think you hit the nail on the head when you talk about needing granularity. MORPG avatars are likely included in that statistic, I should think. Also, granularity needs to be carefully parsed - separating "internet" from "library" seems odd, as would separating "books" from "library" (or any other amalgamation that posits that the provider is completely separate from the provision - does that make sense?). My days of quant and qual analysis are pretty far behind me, but I do know those survey response options would have been torn apart for that...
